Chicken Wings With Curry Lime Butter

4 Pounds of Whole Chicken Wings (frozen are fine)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter (Soft)
2 Teaspoons of Curry Paste
1 Lime
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Soy Sauce
Cilantro for Garnish (optional)

Step by Step Prep.
1. Preheat your oven to a temperature of 425 degrees
2. Rinse your wings under cold water, and pat dry with a paper towel.
3. In a large mixing bowl add your wings, then drizzle with olive oil and toss to make sure wings are coated.
4. Season with your salt and pepper and once again toss making sure that each wing is coated well
5. On a large baking sheet, spread your wings out evenly, and bake for 25-35 minutes or until your skin is nice and brown and crispy.
6. While your wings are baking grab your food processor and add your curry paste, butter, lime juice(1 whole lime), and a dash of soy sauce and mix. Season with salt to taste and mix again.
7. When your wings are done baking, throw them into a bowl with your butter mix and toss well again making sure each wing is coated.
8. Garnish with cilantro and serve!
